Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

 

Orders placed before 2 PM BST Monday - Friday will be processed on the same day providing all security checks are passed. Orders placed after 2 PM BST on Friday will not ship until the following Monday. If further security checks are required, processing won't complete until you provide the requested information. Our shipping partners are Fedex or DHL (both express services)

 

Please allow additional time for processing orders placed on and around release days, holidays and sales. Due to the high volume of orders in busier periods, processing can take up to 5-7 working days at its longest which does not include shipping time. 

 

Once orders have been placed, items, sizes, addresses can not be amended due to security reasons. Any items which have specific lead times will be refunded to store credit.

 

USA EXPRESS - 1-2 business days - $10.00

UK EXPRESS - 2-4 business days - $30.00

EUROPE EXPRESS - 5-7 business days - $22.00

 

 

Delivery times can vary due to customs clearance which we have no liability or control over. Customers are advised to monitor their order tracking information and must notify us within 7 days from dispatch if there are any problems with the delivery. Any delivery issues or loss reported after the 7 days can no longer be investigated or compensated.

 

Any orders sent back to us as a result of refused or attempted delivery will incur a return shipping fee. This will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

 

Note: We do not ship to PO BOX addresses. If an order is placed for a delivery to a PO BOX address, we will reach out to you for an alternative.

 

TAXES + DUTIES

 

As the recipient, you will be responsible and liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Our shipping fee does not cover taxes. If a payment is required, it will be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. If the item gets returned to us as a result of unpaid duties, we will deduct the return shipping fee from your order refund or credit note. Original shipping costs will also not be refunded.

 

MADE-TO-ORDER SHIPPING

 

Items made to order take approx 4-6 weeks to produce and will ship once they have completed production. Shipping time is not included in the production lead time. The above express shipping service times become effective once the item has shipped.  For more information on made-to-order items, please check the returns section of our site.

Return Policy

We trust that you are satisfied with your FLY Iyawo purchase. However, if you need to return your unworn items you can request a return online. Please select INITIATE A RETURN above to begin the process.  There is a $10 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

  • You must make your return within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, altered, or washed.

  • Merchandise must have all tags attached.

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Shipping charges are not refundable.

  • FLY Iyawo reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

  • Please note an excessive number of returns in a twelve-month period can cause us to reject future orders from you.
